Rob comes to Green Mountain Builders with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. With extensive experience building new homes and remodeling existing properties Rob excels at exceeding customer expectations while keeping projects on time and on budget.
WES HORTH
President
With more than two decades of construction experience, Wes started in engineering but quickly developed an interest in project management. Wes enjoys the process of bringing a home from the design phase all the way through to completion, while helping clients realize their dreams.
BILL COLBORN
Senior Construction Manager
With over twenty-five years remodeling homes in his hometown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Bill Colborn brings a wealth of experience to Green Mountain Builders. As Construction Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of construction including new custom homes and remodeling.
DAVID BROGDON
Senior Project Manager
Prior to joining Green Mountain Builders as Director of Operations, David Brogdon worked with a number of national and regional companies in his four decades in the housing industry. At Green Mountain Builders, David directs operations for all projects.
ANGEL GRIFFEY
Purchasing Manager
She assists Green Mountain Builders in the home office with purchasing and budgeting. Originally from Ohio, Angel relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006. Prior to joining Green Mountain, she worked for a family-owned, geothermal engineering business. Angel is primarily involved in the remodeling division.

Vice President
Emily has a deep love for numbers and operational efficiency. She enjoys assisting clients with their purchasing and administrative needs. She likes to spend her spare time with her two young sons, Joe and Will.
DAVID STROLLO
Consruction Manager
David comes to Green Mountain Builders with over 20 years of construction experience. He has an impressive knowledge of new construction, remodeling and historic remodeling. Along with his extensive construction background David has spent significant time in the information technology field, which helps him excel in all forms of digital communication and scheduling.
JERRY DIPASQUALE
Project Manager
Jerry comes to Green Mountain Builders with over 30 years of construction experience. He lives in the details and excels at project management and coordination. Jerry has an excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational improvements. In his spare time Jerry loves to travel and spend time with his family.
DOUG FOX
Construction Manager
Coming to Green Mountain with 35+ year experience, Doug primarily manages Green Mountain’s new home construction. With a background in the plumbing trade, Doug is very knowledgeable about all the intricate details that make our finished products special.
JERRY LAKE
Construction Manager
Jerry is a member of Green Mountain Builders' construction management team. With over thirty years experience in the consruction industry, Jerry handles field supervision for Green Mountain's large custom remodels.
JIMMY DeBERNARDO
Project Manager / Estimator
Jimmy is a member of Green Mountain Builders' project management team. He also handles the estimation and sales for large scope remodels. Jimmy has extensive experience scheduling, coordinating and managing large luxury remodel projects.

Construction Project Coordinator
Jerry comes to Green Mountain with over 40 years experience in the construction industry. With detailed knowledge of estimating, purchasing, and drafting Jerry is a valuable resource for remodels and custom home construction.
BRIAN LUND
Client Representative/Estimator
Brian brings over 25 years experience in the construction and sales industry. His focus is on helpling clients realize their home remodel dreams. With an intricate understanding of the remodel process, Brian excels at crafting designs that are executed on time and on budget.
ASHLEY ROTH
CAD Tech
A South West Florida local, Ashley brings extensive drafting experience to Green Mountain Builders. With the ability to take hand sketches and rough ideas all the way to construction documents Ashley is a valuable part of the Green Mountain Team. Her experience includes AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling of luxury homes.
DAVE MANZI
Quality Control Manager
Dave is the manager of the quality control team. He has extensive experience managing field teams and executing the final stages of Green Mountain Builders' remodel projects.
ROBERT PERSICHILLI
Quality Control
Robert brings over 12 years of experience as a quality control manager at an aircraft parts company in New York and Florida. His passion for homebuilding brought him back to the business, overseeing quality control and customer service.
KYLE ALINE
Quality Control
Kyle is a member of Green Mountain Builders' quality control team. His specialty is custom cabinet adjustments, and he assists with all field quality control projects.
JUDITH FOX
Project Coordinator
Judy is a member of Green Mountain Builders' purchasing team. She ensures all customer selections are ordered, and coordinates logistics with Green Mountain Builders' staff.

Project Coordinator
Camila is a member of Green Mountains' purchasing and permitting team. She ensures all customer selections are ordered, and coordinates logistics with Green Mountain Builders' staff.
LIAM KELLY
Project Coordinator
A native of Southwest Florida, Liam is currently taking college courses to attain a Masters Degree in Business Administration. His goal is to have a career in the building industry. He finds working at Green Mountain Builders is a wonderful experience, learning something new every day.

DANIELA NOBLE
Designer
Prior to joining Green Mountain Builders, Daniela designed interiors for large technology firms and clothing companies. At Green Mountain, Daniela works with homeowners from the initial meeting, and brings their vision to reality by helping with spatial planning, design, finish selections, and any design needs from plumbing fixtures to lighting and hardware.
BRITTANY MILLER
Designer
As a transplant to southwest Florida from Long Island, NY Brittany is now proud to call this area her home.
At Green Mountain Builders, she will use her skills and knowledge, along with her clients tastes and desires to design their perfect home and create a space that her clients not just enjoying being in but meet their functional needs of their day-to-day lives.
KAREN NORTON
Accounting
With an expansive resume, specializing in construction finance, Karen Norton is a welcome addition to the team at Green Mountain Builders. Originally from upstate New York, and most recently, residing in Connecticut, prior to relocating to Florida, Karen’s responsibilities cover every phase of accounting for Green Mountain.
NELSON MARTENY
Accounting Manager
Nelson managers all of Green Mountain Builder's financial reporting, billing and accounting. He has an in depth knowledge of construction based accounting and is always happy to assist clients with all of their account questions. Outside of business hours he enjoys spending time with his family located all over the country.
