OUTDOOR LIVING, GUEST SUITE & EXTERIOR REMODEL

A luxury home remodel in one of Florida's superior communities, Bonita Bay, in Bonita Springs, Florida. We gave the front exterior a complete new makeover, with new columns, windows, trim and shutters. We also used decorator brick pavers, a grand, dramatic new entry and gorgeous landscaping that enhances this beautiful home providing unmatched curb appeal.
The outdoor living area was completely remodeled with new spa and pool including an infinity edge. The pool area is enhanced with a creative use of water and fire features. The outdoor kitchen and lounging area is complete with state-of-the-art appliances, bamboo detailing on the island and decorative ceiling. On the second floor we created a magnificent guest suite with bedroom, bathroom, living room and a fabulous balcony with spectacular water vistas overlooking the pool, spa and screened-in outdoor living area.
